Pros: Works well in my home in Onalaska, Wisconsin and in Venice Florida.
Cons: Have not been able to connect or complete a call, when call placed from anywhere else in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia or Florida.
Summary: The Alltel office in Onalaska, Wisconsin has told me that if I have problems placing a call to go to a land line and call the service number. They could give me no other help. Not reasonable when on the highway and need help. Service people called from motel were also useless.
