Pros: Pretty much everything, great service, fantastic policies.
Cons: I wish C/S was open 24/7 and they didn't put you on hold so long.
Summary: I was with AT&T, then Centennial...sorry i ever did that! I switched to be on someone elses plan, thinking it would be cheaper....wrong!
Now:
AT&T didn't make me have a contract! I bought a pone on ebay for $50 (brand new, in box) and they told me "No contract"....which they lived up to!
Now, I am contract free. and if i ever DO sign a contract, they are so awesome as to reduce the cancellation fee by $5 every month (so, in 10 months, $50 off the fee.) Cool!
Their C/S is good, we had a slight problem when porting my number, but it wasn't their fault, it was centennials.
No roaming, no long distance, free cid, v/m, detailed billing, and a smooth transaction.
