Cons: Poor customer service, wait time too long, issues take a long time to be resolved/ Some poor reception
Summary: So i had boost in 2005-2006 then switched to nextel then back to boost as of 6/18/09. I wanted to port my old sprint number over to boost but the ppl in the store activated with a new number and told me to call and switch the number after i pay the balence on the nextel account. i did and then boost told me i could not port it over on the new boost activated sim. i went back to the store 3 times before it was resolved. called boost 4 times. on the phone for over 2 hours!! 2 ppl said i could port it but i needed to be on a phone other then the two that i was trying to port the number. when i called back from another pone they said they could not port it OMG so the next day i went to the store and had the manager call they said no then he called back and they did it after another 1 hour and a half!!! never again. in the end they gave me four dAYS OF CREDIT FOR HAVING THE 2 PHONES ACTIVE BECAUSE I CANCELED WITH NEXTEL.
