Pros: 50 dollars !!!. Call quality has been excellent, activation online was a breeze and very speedy. Ordering online was easy and shipping was fast. Instructions, that come with the phone, for activating your service are "dummy proof". I love the no contract part of it. I don't make phone calls when I'm out in "the sticks" or hunting so the signal has always been excellent.
Cons: Phone feels a little on the "cheapish" side, Motorola i465. Wish they had more "high end" phone options. Internet browser is limited, but adequate for what I use it for.
Summary: I switched from T-Mobile, paying over 100 bucks a month, and so far I'm pretty happy. I ordered the phone online, it arrived in 3 days, activated it with a new number online, took less than 2 minutes, and so far it's working pretty good. The phone feels a little "cheap", which it was cheap to purchase, so...I guess you pay for what you get on that point. But so far, for a guy like me who simply likes to make phone calls, text message, and occasionally check my email online, I've got no complaints. Their phones do not have a lot of bells and whistles but if you want things "simplified" this is the way to go. I'll give it 3 months and come back with another update, but for now I would recommend the service. I'm trying to talk my girlfriend into switching to it. She has 5 phones on a Verizon account and her phone bills have been "UNGODLY INSANE". See you in 3 months.
