Pros: none - overpriced for dialup speed and no customer service
Cons: slow, verrrrryy slow. Can't get through to customer service at all.
Summary: Someone here said Cricket customer service was crap. Well, that's if you get through at all. It took me four days last time, then you get someone with English as a fourth language, who has no authority to do Anything to fix Anything. They can give you a line of BS, though, and hang up before their three-minute call time is up.
You can't watch YouTube and you might as well use Dialup. Rotten speed and rotten service. I'll dump it as soon as I'm able, but I'm in an isolated area and right now it's about the only choice. In other words, Cricket is the choice for the desperate. It's lke being in an abusive relationship. As soon as you can get away from them, you can.
