Summary: I am hopping mad with Cricket........So far as of date of this posting I have spoke to at least 7 reps all for the same problem.........I am almost too mad to write this review because it keeps bringing back memories of long....unproductive calls to these people.
It all started because some incompetent rep applied my over the phone payment to the wrong account and since then I have had to jump through major hoops to try and get it rectified.........every time I believe it is.....the phone gets cut off again.........I am looking to switch service to another company
What ticks me off is that companies spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get new customers and they dont even know how to keep the ones they have
