Summary: Cricket is a great value. I pay $40 a month for unlimited voice, text, caller ID, and voice mail. I have been robbed by almost every cell carrier out there with equipment failures, contracts, bad billing, ETC. This is simple. One price. I called about an initial billing issue (auto pay failed) and she was pleasant and resolved issue within a minute. I got through on the first try with no waiting. I love my phone, it's solidly built and does exactly what I need, voice and text. No coverage issues at all.
