Beware of the billing fees

Pros: Coverage is weak at best

Cons: No support and the fees associated with the billing are loaded on. Autopay doesn't work then they billl you to reconnect. Ripoff

Summary: There is no web site support and phone support? Well good luck. The store personnel don't know how to work out billing problems so you get fee after fee. I signed up for autopay and after 3 months it still didn't work andI was billed each month for reconnection and payment fees. It doubled my bill. Beware of this outfit
