WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHERE IS THE SERVICE?

Pros: Unlimited Plan. I don't have to watch how much I talk.

Cons: Lousy service, Drops calls all the time, Phones are a piece of junk. No real support anywhere

Summary: I bought the service to save money. I consider myself a heavy user, but the service is pissing me off everyday. I don't care if you pay $50 or a $100 a month. Companies should give the best service or don't do business. This is what is wrong with corporations in America. They oversell their product. If you are a lite user (less than 1000 minutes a month) they might be good. But they need to improve a lot of key areas. (Web site, customer service, and the phones they offer). The phones are to expensive.
