Pros: Cheap and unlimited talk and text plans for individuals and families.
Cons: Service is hit or miss. Customer Service is very poor. If you miss your payment due date by 1 day, your service is suspended.
Summary: If its too good to be true, it really is. You really do get what you pay for with Metro. Which is not much at all. Cheap plans equal cheap service and coverage. I would get inconsistent coverage from place to place and lose service when entering homes and buildings. Be careful when buying a cell phone. Some are of obsolete technology and will not work in newly established Metro PCS coverage areas, but your are never told this by the sales person. Bottom line, it is decent service if you don't travel anywere, but they have a long way to go before they can call themselves a "real" cellular carrier.
