Pros: Get 300 minutes and a free phone, great deal. I have had their service for about 3 years.
My free phone is a Nokia, works grats, battery life is forever, I lost one phone, ran another one thru the clothes washer, it still worked!! Customer service is great. Prompt, complete, accurates. I drive truck and this thing works EVERYWHERE.

Summary: If you have a problem with this service, phone or anything else it is probably YOU. A friend got one and it works just like mine.
