Pros: Great customer service when you get Nextel people not Sprint people
Cons: Being linked with Sprint Customer service
Summary: The merger between the two companies have left a poor taste in my mouth. I love being a Nextel customer. When the merger happened, yes there were more towers but the kind friendly people disappeared and were replaced by people that are not willing to go the extra mile to satisfy your needs, have trouble with the English language and seem like they would rather be playing golf with their neighbor than helping you.
