Have been with then for 12 years - love it.

Pros: Great customer service, best rates in town, no surprises on bill.

Cons: Don't have the latest and greatest in handsets.

Summary: Been with them since 1997. Never had a surprise on my bill or a problem that the 611 customer service person couldn't help me with. The regional manager is wonderful, and I recommend that if you aren't happy, ask to speak to someone higher up in the organization. I love them and am going to renew for another 2 years next month.
