Summary: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Dont expect a FREE phone to get the best reception just bc youre too cheap to dish out a better phone will good reception. Reps are NOT able to do EVERYTHING and are not at fault if you "accidentely" access the internet. Dont be dumb-or cheap and your service will be great.
