Pros: For the most part the reception is great, very few dropped calls. More bang for you buck.
Cons: I should have gotten rid of them during the 30 day trial. 2 year contract agreed on the monthly fees then after 2 months they went up without telling me on the unlimited text. Every time I call customer service I get different answers to the same 12 months of problems. Why am I being charged for using DATA when I am not using it. I even get charged when the phone is off and I am sleeping at 11:30 at night. They can't give me an answer. So now I had them shut the DATA off which prevents pic
Summary: Go with a bigger company it is worth paying more. I will switch after my 2 year contract runs out.
