Pros: You get an english speaking person when calling tech support, customer service was great.
Cons: Blackerry worked for crap, Techs couldnt figure out the problem
Summary: I had them for less than a week. I got a Blackberry Curve and at first loved it. Fast forward 3 days. The internet quit working. Called Techs and they said that it was on my end, and to make sure I had a good signal. I went to the base of one of their towers and it wouldnt access the internet except very intermitently. If you need a basic phone they're great! if you want a smartphone, go elsewhere.
