Summary: I'm not sure who the other reviewers are writing about--I've never gotten a non-English speaker that I can recall in the past 9 years, no matter which department I've talked with.
There ARE a few spots in my area that have sketchy connections, but they are pretty clearly marked on their area coverage maps. Do I NEED coverage 100% of the time driving through a pineapple field? Mm, no. But most times I DO have coverage there too even.
I'm just glad we (in the US) don't have the phone charges they have in Canada. =O
