Summary: I don't understand what some of the people are saying about the service being bad or the customer service being rude I have never experienced that issue. The customer service has always been very kind and knowledgeable. I have a g1 and my sister has an iphone she can't even send picture messages? and she pays a rediculous amount for minutes and internet. I feel lucky to have such a great phone company. I also have the home service and I love it only time I have had issues is when my internet is running slow nothing to do with t mobiles service
