Pros: superior customer service, the hottest phone and great call quality

Summary: i've been with t-mo since 1998. back then they were known as omni-point, then they became voicestream in 2000 which later change to t-mobile.
over the years there customer service went from good to great to the best. they make you feel like a big fish in a small pond, which to me is key. not to mention they have the best android phones and a good app store to go with it. i can't see myself switching carrier's in the future.
