Cons: TRYING TO GET A NEW PHONE TO WORK
Summary: When our phone stopped working we needed to buy a new phone. Had lots of minutes and time on the old phone.
Had two sessions with technical staff and was assured in the first case my phone would be working in less than 72 hours. In 72 hours no success and called again and they had no record of previous work. This call lasted hours and they were having difficulty in documenting that I had valid time on the old phone. Finally they said everything was ok and now I have the time and minutes but Tracfone does not recognize our phone.
