Worst Customer Service EVER

Pros: Good coverage -- technically, they are excellent, which makes it hard to give them up

Cons: Unable to answer questions, mysterious billing items are not explained

Summary: Twice I have gotten mysterious charges. The only explanation is that "someone downloaded them to your phone" when I KNOW that it didn't happen. Last year, I had a problem with premium texts. They were unable to filter them, and then charged me 50 cents for incoming messages I never wanted. THEN, when they acknowledged that the problem wasn't mine, they STILL wanted me to pay 1/2 of the bill. Absurd.
