Cons: Battery life is short... i have to charge it daily. Energizer (motorola) recharge kit works wonders in a pinch. (May take a while to learn if you are not computer minded.) I am fairly good with computers and amd still learning some avail features. The basics however are easy! almost forgot... the holster it comes with sometimes hangs up or answers phone when putting in or taking out of holster.

I live in Waterloo Cedar Falls Area of Iowa and run on I-Wireless (T-Mobile). Anyone with MANY contacts (Realator, Sales, or Business contacts) This is a great phone! Pair it with my "Blue ant" Bluetooth headset and I am in heaven. Bought on Sept 25 2007 and so glad i did. Phone took about three good drops, and still running great. When it acts up as it sometimes does turn of and on again and it is back to normal.
