Pros: Nice and small.
Menus are fairly easy to use.
Very good battery life.
No buttons on the outside, so no possibility of accidentally pressing one.
Cons: 1) It's difficult or impossible to see the time on the front of the phone, especially in the dark.
2) The volume control is a soft key that brings up a dialog, so it's impossible to adjust the volume while actually talking on the phone. Oh, maybe I can memorize how to press the buttons without looking.
3)There's no volume control for the incoming text message alarm.
Summary: The phone works fine and has an excellent battery life. The "cons" I listed seem a bit trivial, but I find them more and more bothersome the longer I have the phone. I wish I had realized this during the buyer remorse period.
Pros: Sound quality is okay
Cons: No control buttons on the outside of phone
Front display does not stay lit
No redial
Very short battery life
Cannot adjust volume without removing phone from ear
Summary: I originally was a Suncom user with a Sony Ericcson flip phone. When that died I replaced with this Nokia. Needless to say I'm very disappointed. The cons I mentioned make this phone a pain in the derriere. Because there are no outside buttons, you have to open the phone to see any messages or light up the display to see the time. There is an automatic redial feature, but no single funtion redial. To adjust the volume you must hit the left/right main navigation button, which is very awkward during a conversation. I'm not a heavy phone user, do some moderate texting, and I have to recharge everyday. All in all this phone is only good if you only want it for emergencies. I'm still within my 14 day trial period and plan on returning it for something else.
