Pros: light weight, 2 keyboards, lots of featuresCons: when switching keyboards its bout 2 secs instead of instantaneous. I sat on it and it broke and im only 162. hard to hear ppl on phone callsSummary: Its a decent phone but the con outweigh the pros. If your gonna buy a phone buy the pantech matrix. it transitions much faster and is more durable

Pros: Nice phone, surprising light and compact. A lot of features. The sliders are well constructed. I previously owned a Motorolla KRZR and was used to a small/light phone. The qwerty keyboard is very easy to use. The layout is simple. Transferring data to and from PC is simple although I purchased an additional program instead of using the free one that comes with the phone. The program that comes with the phone only allows you to transfer contacts at the top level of Outlook. I have multiple addreCons: Although you can set ringtones to specific contacts, you cannot use your own ringtones for alerts such as when a text messages arrives or you have voicemail. You must use the phones internal alterts.
The biggest issue I have with this phone is that I am no longer able to get service inside my house. I had no issues using the KRZR inside my home, but this phone's internal antenna just isn't strong enough. I would proceed with caution if you rely soley on your cell phone for all calls. You'Summary: The phone is nice with a lot of features and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys texting and wants a full keyboard.
