The BlackBerry Tour is a global 3G device that will allow customers to call or access e-mail and the Internet from over 175 countries.  For those who want a BlackBerry Smartphone, but because of work you can't have a cameraphone, BlackBerry created a Tour without a camera.  Other key features are push-based e-mail, full HTML web browsing, and GPS.
