Pros: Easy to connect, quick dialing, clear sound, fast support, automatic billing to credit card.
Cons: Have not encountered any so far.
Summary: This is only my second month using 3U, but I like the service so far. It connects very quickly, and the sound is very clear – better than my SBC landline. I had to contact customer service a couple of times, and there was very little waiting time. They were helpful and the question/problem was quickly answered/resolved.
Pros: Very inexpensive. Good quality connections, generally. Excellent customer service.
Cons: Could not get USA Toll-free numbers to work, though there may be a trick.
Summary: Was very pleased with everything. We spent several months in Brazil and Chile and had all of our family members phones on our account so that they could reach us, on our "nickle".

Summary: International long distance service is as advertised - no problems or surprises. It's easy to use and convenient - I like the email/automatic billing. I have recommended 3U Telecom to my friends.

Summary: I signed up with 3U Telecom back at the beginning of Sept 2005. Their rates are excellent in comparison to may other Intl. call providers. Most of my overseas calls are going to Germany, England, South Korea and Thailand. The line clarity to all destinations is great. Billing increments are fine as well. Certainly a service to recommend to others !!!

Pros: Simple directions, flawless - worked every time with excellent voice quality while using my cell phone.
Cons: Can't think of anything. I did hit the speaker key while dialing once and got a wrong number. Once you program your phone everything works. A message appears "dialing ringtones" after you connect to Phonedog.
Summary: I use Phonedog to call my son in Japan using my cell phone. He is a marine and changes phone service frequently. I've saved a bundle and highly recommend Phonedog.

Pros: We never would have found this company without PhoneDog. Service has been good. Prices are excellent.
Cons: PDF format bills are hard to read but seem to be accurate.
Summary: A good move for us. And we like the flexibility of being able to use both home phone and cell phone with this company's service.
