Pros: The low per minute fee. Great service. Wonderful clarity.

Summary: My girlfriend is a missionary in Caracas, Venezuela and we keep in touch very frequently by phone. TCI's int'l dial around cut my avg. phone bill by 80%! THANK YOU!
