REVIEW - ECG's Basic 3.5 plan was introduced for customers who are not interested in receiving an e-mail bill or establishing auto-bill pay. With this plan you will receive a paper bill, but there will be a $2.50 fee each month. This 3.5 plan bills in 6 second increments and you will also find that they have lowered their international rates. We have found the customer service department at ECG to be excellent, with wait times rarely over a minute.
BILLING NOTE - To offset telecom tax regulation costs, ECG has instituted a 59 cent Regulatory Recovery Fee.
CALLING CARD - ECG also offers an optional calling card at a rate of 12.9¢/min. which can be used from any phone within the U.S. A one-time $1.00 set-up fee is charged.
Over 25 Million people use AT&T’s basic plan. They could save hundreds of dollars each year, if they switched. Are you still using AT&T, Sprint, or MCI?
