ECG Easy 2.5

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Bradford Nicholson on Monday, January 28, 2008
From: Clinton, CT (USA)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: Inexpensive and painless change over

Cons: None yet.

Summary: I am very light phone user, so no dramatic change. I really only keep the landline for DSL and calling my daughter overseas, so it works out great for me.

4.5 out of 5
By: Richard Hoke on Thursday, January 17, 2008
From: York, PA (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Summary: I am very satisfied with our service to date. In fact, I cannot tell the difference between ECG and AT&T. The online billing and auto pay is working great as well. I would recommend this service to anyone interested.

ECG

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Maryann Manning on Wednesday, January 16, 2008
From: Novato, CA (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: Price, convenience

Cons: The fact that billing is done by credit card automatically

Summary: Overall, I'm very happy with ECG service. I transferred from OPEX because they did not perform as promised, did not remind me by email that my payment was due, did not post a payment that I made, threatening to report to credit companies if I didn't pay that bill, etc. Several calls to customer service didn't solve the problem. Since I got ECG, all has worked smoothly.

In Support of ECG

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Margaret Nicosia on Wednesday, January 16, 2008
From: Park Ridge, IL (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: A huge savings in phone service

Cons: None

Summary: I am astounded by the savings in long distance phone services. I previously was paying $3.00 per minute to AT& T. The transfer was seamless, simple and smooth. I am totally unaware that a change was made other than the fact that my long distance phone service is now miniscule.

Long Distance - Did you know?

Many people are using their cell phones for long distance calls. If you divide your minutes by your monthly bill, you’ll see that regular long distance (especially the plans offered on our site) are less expensive in almost all cases. And, if you go over your minutes, you’ll be paying 20-40 cents per minute. Plus, by using long distance at home you’ll have better clarity!
