ECG Easy 2.5

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Mark Gershenson on Monday, November 12, 2007
From: Palm Springs, CA (United States)
Experience: 90 Days
Pros: Works fine. Pricing is as advertised.

Cons: None that I've seen.

Summary: Some delay in getting the service activated, but I'm not sure if that is ECG's fault or my local phone company's. Other than that, not problems. A very good value.

Pros: Easy sign up, inexpensive. Everything went well; no waiting for service.

ECG Easy 2.5

Overall Rating:
4.8 out of 5
By: Carolyn Brown on Sunday, October 28, 2007
From: Hinton, WV (United States)
Experience: 90 Days
Pros: Easy, cheap, seems to work as well as one much more expensive

Summary: I really like this long distance plan. I just dial the number get a good clear connection and talk as long as I want without worrying about a big surprise when I see the bill. I don't even need to write a check or worry about buying a stamp. ECG automatically deducts the payment from my checking account. How easy is that. Thanks for a great plan.

ECG is great!

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Amanda S on Friday, October 05, 2007
From: Sacramento, CA (United States)
Experience: 2 Years
Pros: Very low price, great customer service.

Cons: Can't complain now that I'm in CA, but in FL the intrastate rates were a bit high.

Summary: I have been happy with ECG since the day I signed up. Customer service was great at explaining how everything worked initially, and they were also helpful during my move to transition service seamlessly.

I highly recommend ECG to anyone who is tired of paying the big phone companies $5.95 a month for the privelege of paying 5 cents per minute.

ecg

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Richard McConnell on Tuesday, September 25, 2007
From: Mill Valley, CA (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: good quality, easy to use, cheap, bill is simple and easy to understand

Cons: none

Summary: It's everything I could ask in a phone provider. My only regret: that I can't use them as my local provider since AT&T charges me more for calling next door than ecg charges me to call out-of-state.

Long Distance - Did you know?

Many people use the 10-10 dial-around numbers, when they could save even more by using one of the plans compared on our site.

Check out the low rates on many of the offered plans. Then you can go back to dialing regular calls and saving even more. Your fingers will thank you.
