Summary: After a message left @ home I returned the call in the evening. Only to get a woman hard to understand. I informed her that a $58 payment had been mailed that afternoon. Five days later my longdistance was blocked. When I phoned them this time I was able to understand this woman better....But she still informed me untill they recieved the payment & waited the 7-10 days to post to my account. That I would be without longdistance service. This was the first time this had ever happened in several years of having MCI. I informed the woman I would be looking for another carrier & still nothing on her end but "is there anything else I can do for you today?"
The worst customer service EVER!!!
