Pros: Cheap Service,monthly billing,e-bill available,Great customer service,1-800 numbers available

Cons: took a couple of months to get service going due to a glitch

Summary: I have been a customer of Opex for years in several areas. I love their cheap rates! Their bills are easy to read and if you need to call international, the rates are available and easy to locate on their website, customer service is friendly and will go to extremes to please the customer. I highly recommend Opex!

Pros: Good rate for intrastate calls

Cons: none, so far

Summary: I have been satisfied with the OPEX long distance. Most of my calls are within the state of Wisconsin. OPEX had one of the best rates for intrastate calls and with the 6 second billing increment, it has reduced my long distance charges. There was a little confusion with signing up for the paperless billing so I had to talk to Customer Service. They were very helpful.

Pros: Online billing summary, excellent rate

Cons: Requires call to local phone company to set up

Summary: Internet sign-up is very convenient. The service is easy to use and the rates are excellent. The online billing summary is very helpful.

Pros: Low prices and good connection.

Cons: Customer service is usually pretty quick, but not always knowledgeable.

Summary: Overall, I am happy with the company. Low price calls, and no monthly fee if you receive your bill via email and pay online. The only thing I have run into, is a little confusion on the part of the customer service team, and inability to edit your account correctly online. Not big problems though.

Pros: Quality is fine. No trouble connecting.

Cons: I have never received a bill and nothing shows up on my monthly automatic pay Visa. I have written by email to the company and have had no relpy. Cannot find a spot on their web site to access my account or retrieve a lost password.

Summary: I wish that the company would contact me as I am nervous about having no bills or record of payment. I am afraid that I will lose my long distance suddenly without warning

Pros: Inexpensive,no silly off hours.

Cons: Non so far.

Summary: I don`t make international calls, I just wanted a long distance carrier for in state, and out of state calls. A carrier that wouldn`t break the bank.

The change to Opex was pretty straight forward.I did have to make a call to my local phone company, to insure that I did want this carrier. No other hassle. So far I`m happy.

Pros: I have no complaints!

Summary: AS of now I have had no problems with my OPEX account, the only thing I don't understand is why I have to dial that whole 800 number every time I want to make a long distance call.

Pros: good service, no delays in connecting calls and very Cheap to use.

Cons: I have never received an E-mail billing. If I don't go look it up my self, I end up being late with my payment. It's a personal thing with me being on time with payments.

Summary: Good service - Low prices, what more can I say. I have recomended this service to a few of my relatives and friends at work.
