Pros: Very inexpensive long distance rate.
No hassle set up
Cons: Intrastate & Intralata rates are higher than the published Interstate (long distance) rates
Summary: Overall I am very pleased with Pioneer 2.7 Rate Buster. My only complaint is that the Intrastate & Intralata rates are 5.5 cents per minute and that fact was not made clear. I was previously using MCI 2.8 phone card and the rate was the same for all types of usage. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Pioneer for their low long distance rates & for the free calls between Pioneer customers. Plus, I use it like any other long distance service without dialing a code.
Pros: Quick and easy sighup, online billing, charged on my credit card and most of all, saves me a bunch of money on monthly long distance service
Cons: I honestly haven't found any at this time.
Summary: It is a good honest service without a bunch of jibberish you can't understand at a great price.

Pros: Low per minute rate
No monthly fee
Paperless bills
Cons: none
Summary: I have never had a problem with Pioneer. I love the paperless bills. I don't make a lot of long distance calls and I don't have a cell phone, so I love being able to make as many or as few calls as I want and still pay the same low rate.

Pros: You cannot beat this rate. Paperless billing makes it easy to manage your account. Your bill is charge to the card that you put on file and an email is sent to verify the billing amount.
Cons: I have not found any cons at this time.
Summary: I live over 500 miles from my family. This great rate now allows me to keep in touch more often and not worry about the cost of my phone calls.

Pros: Voice quality is the same as name brand service, and calls go through.

Summary: I recommend Pioneer long distance service.

Pros: Excellent voice quality. Haven't gotten a network busy signal yet. Live customer service was very helpful (only had to use once). I don't have to think about it and it's inexpensive.
Cons: Could have had better communication during the changeover process to let me know the status and when it was complete.
Summary: Been using PT for almost 3 months now and it's been great!

Pros: Long distance calls within the US as well as our overseas calls are less than half the cost we were previously paying. We love the new plan.
Cons: There are no cons.
Summary: We were looking for an affordable long distance plan, since we have family and friends in several states and also in England. Pioneer was not only affordable, they were extremely friendly and helpful to us in making the change.
We have been very pleased with their service.
