Summary: My bill went from $35-50 to AT&T a month to under $10. I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

Pros: Good value, cost is reasonable.

Summary: Like the service. Cost is reasonable and it is easy to keep track of costs. Have only had the service for 90 days, but have no complants. Will continue to subscribe.

Pros: Unusually low charges! Very satisfied with your service.

Cons: Confusion about paper vs. electronic billing

Summary: I didn't use the service much this first month. To compare it with my former carrier Excel, the new monthly costs are incredible low; something like one fifth of what I was paying before.
And the only long distance call I did (since I was absent on vacation abroad) was also much cheaper, with equal clarity of communication.
I only had a little confusion because I requested paper bill and the company was asuming e-bill, but I think everything is clarified now.
I would definitely recommend their service if anybody ask me.

Summary: I am very satisfied with the service. I make few LD calls and was previously hit with bills for "basic" and hidden fees by other services. I really appreciate the low rates and simplicity of your program. Thank you. Barbara J. Pultz

Cons: Can't think of any.

Summary: Great service at a great price. We have had no problems whatsoever and would be recommend Pioneer Telephone to everyone. There are several billing options which is nice; most third party service does not offer this option.
