Cons: Can't think of any!Summary: Great Service so far. I like the low rates and the fact that I have it taken out automatically each month without having to remember to send in a bill. Also like charges in 6 sec. increments.

Pros: One of the best phone rates available. Good customer service. Good voice quality.Summary: I switched from Zone Long Distance to Pioneer Telephone. I shouldn't haven't waited so long to switch. Service has been perfect.

Pros: Lower long distant telephone bills are great! Paying the bill automatically saves a check every month. If I want a detailed list of my calls, it is easy to print one out.Summary: There was some confusion when we signed up about 800 numbers, but it was resolved in a timely manner and with very frienly service.
