Pros: Seamless, quick, no hassle.

Cons: None

Summary: Very smooth operation. Didn't have to do much. Great to deal with (unlike my previous long distance provider).

Pros: excellent price

Cons: separate bill, but, no big deal

Summary: I like the fact that I don't have to stay with the phone provider for their outrageously priced long distance.
