Pros: Electronic billing/payments are very easy to use. My phone bill has dropped dramatically since getting PowerNet Global. There is no false advertising.

Cons: I wish I could get an unlimited long distance plan for the rural area I live in.

Summary: I would highly recommend PowerNet Global to anybody who is looking to reduce their phone bill. In this day and age with everything else going up, it was nice to actually see something go down!

Pros: Signed up you attached and billed just like you said and it is easy to pay online.

Cons: There are none

Summary: I am very pleased with your online service and billing. I am also pleased with the quoted price and charges match. I have not heard of your company until the search Google led me to you, I think you should advertise more.

Very poor customer service

Cons: Confrontational phone reps. It took three months to close my mothers account after her death. A death cert. was necessary and the estate is out three months charges. Why would the account not be closed upon verbal notification?

Summary: When I needed to call customer service due to my old company MCI, still getting some of my calls, your rep was probably the most helpful of anyone I have ever spoken to. She stayed on the line, while we called MCI to ask "what were they doing". Excellent service!!

Summary: Since going with this company, I have nothing but praise for them. I highly recomend them to everyone that is looking for savings and ease of transition. I can't comment on service because I have only been with them for ninety days.

Long Distance Telehone Service

Pros: We are so pleased with our new carrier for long distance calls. LowerMyBills.com made it possible for me to choose which carrier best met my needs. My son is in the Air Force and was recently transferred to Okinaawa AFB, Japan, the new carrier, PowerNetGlobal has provided excellent service and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend both LowerMy Bills.com and PowerNet Global.

Love the great service!

Pros: It was easy to order with NO surprises. There are no extra numbers to dial and reception is clear as a bell.

Cons: Although it's an extra bill to pay each month, the 50% savings is worth it.

Summary: We retired and moved 200 miles away from family and friends, so now ALL our calls are long distance. Cell reception is poor here, so we depend on our land line via a small independent phone company that charges 10 cents/minute for long distance. We were able to cut that by half with Power Net PDG 4.5. It was easy--they notified our phone company and even paid the switching fee. I'm so glad we found an affordable way to keep in close touch with all our family and friends. I highly recommend Power Net Global to anyone who needs to save money on long distance.
