Summary: Completing the set up was a little rough but the customer service was great and so it was fine. All has been just great. Not overbearing or annoying. Perfect.

Summary: No monthly fees, excellent rates, excellent Costa Rica rates, great connection to CR and easy to get through to CR. Excellent website for paying bills. I've been through many long distance providers in the past few years and this is the best so far. I was having problems getting through to Costa Rica with my last provider. They kept saying there weren't enough lines there. I know that can't be true, because we get through right away now.

Summary: My parents live in Hawaii, my husband's are in the UK. Our last phone bill lists calls made during the holidays to our families and we were shocked to realize the Power Net Global 4.5 charges 17cents per minute for calls to Hawaii, compared to 6cents for calls to England. It was my fault for not realizing that PowerNet Global considers Hawaii (the 50th state) at US Territory, and the state to state charges do not apply to Hawaii. We will be changing to another company very soon.

Summary: This is the second time I have chosen to use PowerNet Global. I'm just sorry I changed. I wish my local service was as good.

Summary: I was looking for an alternative to my existing long-distance and international call provider and I found PowerNet Global, which has an excellent pricing system and a wide selection of different service plans. I am so pleased that I signed up -- I can make my international calls (to our friends in Indonesia)and, when the bill comes through, I am still amazed. I'm not paying $30 -$90 per call anymore -- more like $2 -$3. I'll never go back to AT&T or MCI. I'm hooked on PowerNet Global!

Summary: Switching from AT&T to PowerNet Global for my long distance service was the smartest thing I have ever done with respect to telephone service. The people at PowerNet have all been well versed in any area I have had to talk to them about and were very pleasant. Most of all, however, the amount of money I am saving every month! I now spend less than 1/4 of what I used to pay AT&T because there are no "service" charges or "plan" charges. I pay for the calls - period. The price per minute is also the best that I have ever seen, so what's not to like?

Summary: I have only experienced the new plan for one month, and after the initial problem with international calls (that was handled quickly and efficiently) everything seems good.

Summary: This is a very good service. We live in rural, northern Louisiana and we did not know we could get a service like this. We were paying $4/ per minute for our international calls. Now we pay only $.37/ per minute and the connection is great. Please stay in business for the little folks like us who live in areas where if this service did not exist we would be paying outrageous international phone bills. Thanks!
