Pros: reasonable rate, reliable service

Cons: separate bill, high international rates

Summary: Signed up because of the 50 mins free for being a Sprint PCS customer. Service is fine, cost is reasonable. However, if you don't select an international calling plan at an additional monthly fee, and make an international call, be prepared for a shock - rates are as high as $5/minute.
Customer service is usual scripted responses,
with no escalation path.
