Pros: Low international rates; easy bill payment online.
Cons: After signing up, it was not immediately clear when my long distance service was swtiched to the new provider. However, this is not a reason not to use this service.
Summary: So far I am satisfied with this service. The voice quality for intl. calls is sometimes not great, but it's ok most of the time, so this could also be caused by the destination side. I did not have any major problems so far, so I did not need to contact customer service and cannot give feedback on that.
