Pros: There is no monthly fee as promised and the rates are great! 6 cents in state and 4.9 cents state to state.
Cons: My number comes up as "unavailable" on others caller ID and cell phones.
Summary: So far, I have really liked TCI. It's just what they promised. 6 cents in state and 4.9 cents state to state. Like I said, the only thing that I don't like is my family and friends don't know it's me when I call because it comes up unavailable or unknown caller.
Pros: Excellent service,fast connect and cheaper than any other service for this area.

Summary: We were with TCI for a year and then were talked into trying a bundle from our local phone comapny, Centery Tel. Needless to say we switched back to TCI after 2 months of $70 + bills. I reccommend this service highly! Help desk personel are courteous & professional.

Pros: Reasonable cost
Reliable telephone service.
Cons: Does not send a reminder Email reminding people to review and pay their bills. This pertains only to those customers who do not receive paper bills.
Summary: TCI provides good reliable service at a reasonable cost. Customer service is very responsive to questions posed by customers.

Pros: Great price. 6 second billing. No Monthly Fees.
Cons: sometimes have to wait for awhile to get thru to customer service. They also aren't open 24 hrs a day.
Summary: I recently signed up for TCI International and have been very happy with them. They are cost efficient and don't try to "nickel and dime" you for using very little long distance per month. Give them a try.

Pros: Easy to sign up, helpful real person at customer service. So far we are satisfied with service.
Summary: TCI seems to provide what they advertise. If you don't make a lot of long distance calls this looks like the way to go.
