Pros: The price is right. I don't spend much on long distance, but I need it. Unitel delivers.
Cons: The initial conversion could have went smoother, particularly in the billing
Summary: I would recommend Unitel. This is "no frills" long distance, which is exactly what I want. Zero monthly base charge is fantastic, particularly since I don't use LD that much.
Pros: Good human-contact customer service, with easy
on-line bill paying at my option.
Cons: No cons noted to date.
Summary: My service was provided immediately upon my applying, and there have been no problems at all. It's pleasant (and unusual) to get a human being on the line when calling the company. I am very satisfied with Unitel at this time.
