Pros: The price is right. I don't spend much on long distance, but I need it. Unitel delivers.

Cons: The initial conversion could have went smoother, particularly in the billing

Summary: I would recommend Unitel. This is "no frills" long distance, which is exactly what I want. Zero monthly base charge is fantastic, particularly since I don't use LD that much.

Pros: Good human-contact customer service, with easy
on-line bill paying at my option.

Summary: My service was provided immediately upon my applying, and there have been no problems at all. It's pleasant (and unusual) to get a human being on the line when calling the company. I am very satisfied with Unitel at this time.

Pros: Great quality connections, excellent rates, paperless automatic billing

Cons: Can't get my local phone service through Uni-Tel because they only offer long distance!

Summary: My old long carrier was forever finding ways to charge me for every little thing, and then taxing the h!!! out of those charges.

Uni-Tel proves that all that is not necessary! On top of as good, if not better, connections and clearity their rates are unbeatable. I love this service (so far).

Do yourself a favor and switch over, I've recommended this to several family members and they are now enjoying the cost savings as well.

Pros: I was very skeptical and hesitant, My monthly statements have been accurate and very low compared to what I was paying before. I LOVE IT.

Summary: I am so happy to be with Phone Dog, and saving money. It is great.

Pros: Perfect service ALL the time. I pay via autopay to a credit card and it is always correct.

Summary: I initially cancelled Uni-Tel to subscribe to Comcast's digital phone service since I already had their TV and broadband internet. What a mistake! I gave the digital service 6 months to get up to mediocre, which it never did. It was simple to 'reenlist'...I'm so grateful that Uni-Tel is available!

Pros: The switch to uni-tel has been a great move for me, not only has my long distance bills been cut in half but the customer service has been just as good. Would recomend it for everybody
