TAXES AND FEES - 8x8 Inc. charges a 3% Federal Excise Tax (FET) on the total amount of your bill, so if you make no international (non-8x8 Inc. calls outside the U.S. or Canada), your total monthly bill will be $20.55 on the $19.95 plan.
TERMINATION FEE - 8x8 offers a thirty day trial period to new customers that open their first Packet8 account. If you are not satisfied with the services during the Trial Period, you may obtain a refund of the Equipment cost, activation fee, and monthly service fee. After the Trial Period, if you request to terminate your Voice services within twelve months of the initial purchase, 8x8 shall charge $59.00.
